Notes from Ashley

Chile will always have a special place in my heart- I studied at the University of Chile for a bit and am so excited that all of you get to see my old stomping grounds, drink some wines (and pisco sours) and meet my host sister from decades ago. You’ll love her, the city, the drinks, the food and the vibes.

Mendoza, Argentina

Join us on a carefully curated journey of the best hotels, restaurants, asados and a mixture of some of Ashley’s old haunts and some new under the radar favorites- this may be a side of Argentina you had no idea existed.

Notes from Ashley:

From the first moment I stepped foot in Mendoza, it stole my heart (and never gave it back). From the malbec and seven hour BBQs, to the beautiful dancing in the plazas and the architecture, I’ve still never been able to figure out my favorite part. I worked eight harvests in Mendoza and haven’t been back since my second child was born- in 2013. I cannot wait to show you this place and some old friends.
